Older systems

How a visit works
Call and tell us what's wrong
Give us the brand, the appliance and what it's doing. We'll offer you the earliest open appointment.
We diagnose at your home
The technician finds the cause and gives you a written estimate before any work starts.
You approve, we repair
Nothing is replaced without your OK. Common parts ride on the truck; anything special is ordered and scheduled.

Questions
Should I keep running it?
If it's iced up or leaking, turn it off at the thermostat. Running a frozen system can damage the compressor.
Repair or replace?
We'll give you both numbers. Age, refrigerant type and the size of the repair decide it.
Do you work on mini-splits?
Yes, wall, ceiling cassette and ducted mini-splits.
Do you install new systems?
Yes. See AC installation.
