Yes. We tell you the visit fee when you call, and you get a written estimate before any repair starts.
Is my appliance worth repairing?
We'll tell you plainly. Built-in and high-end units are usually worth fixing; if a repair costs more than the appliance makes sense to keep, we'll say so before you spend anything.
